Awful experience. I paid for a premium residential/ISP IP that was supposed to be clean, but ended up with serious reputation issues and a very high fraud score. When you ask for a replacement because the IP they provided has problems, they'll eventually refuse any further replacements, even when the replacement IP develops problems too. They also refused a refund. Support even told me “It is not possible to mention everything on our website” when I questioned their replacement restrictions. If I'm paying a premium price for a clean IP, I expect to actually receive and maintain a reasonable-quality IP, not be stuck with a bad one and told there's nothing they can do. Definitely won't be renewing.
