Hi Mark, I know you aren't happy but lying about us and giving a 1 star rating to try to hurt our reputation is not very becoming. We asked for details and when you didn't provide them we then offered the facts about the one IP Address that we logged on your website (your own IP Address) that was NOT a VPN's IP Address ~ as you were implying our service for blocking VPN's wasn't working. You, out of thousands and thousands of users, are the only one saying it didn't work. As our Refund Policy states, other than a clear failure on our end, refunds will not be given.. (if it is, then prove it). Unwanted service is not a valid reason. As for spam, we are not nor do we ever spam our users. That said, I have taken the liberty to unsubscribe you from receiving any emails from us in the future. Again, you are welcome to continue to use our service.
