I ordered directly from the company and still waiting for my body serums. The part of the order that shipped from Amazon arrived in normal time but the body serums appears to be shipping from the company itself and that’s been a while. The company does not provide any information of the delay nor when they are shipping it which is disappointing. It’s also annoying that one gets forced to install an app in order track or check on the item. You guys need to be able to send an email to customers with the delivery time and any other information. I had to use the form on the website to inquire about when the items are shipping. This is a turn off.

Seems to be a good company with good customer service. I purchased The Superlift Duo and the Supercloud Body Serum two times, I used these products until I ran out (4-5 months). While I liked how the products felt going on my skin and shortly thereafter, none of these products help lift or improve my crepey skin. My skin felt dry about 30-60 minutes after application. Also to provide some information about my situation. I eat 95% whole foods and take care of myself and as a starting point my skin wasn't in the worst shape. I was hopeful I would see some positive changes but, for me, again no improvements were realized.
