Just want to say thank you, after all that has occurred, that everything seems to be working. Your tech support has been AMAZING, and if it is always like that, then I will be thrilled. I am customer with SSLGuru and recently switched to IonBlade for hosting. My old host would take days to answer support questions, and if I called in it seemed like no one knew what was going on with my account. Its the opposite with IonBlade my support ticket was answered within an hour and the issue was resolved. Overall I am very happy with the level of customer support they are providing. I've been very pleased with IonBlade's services. Just last month we moved the hosting of our three websites to IonBlade. The transitions of the websites went smoothly. We had some issues with receiving spam contact forms through one of our websites and called IonBlade and they helped to quickly resolve and eliminate the spam. They have also been very helpful in fully explaining and providing training on the use of c-panel and its various features. IonBlade's pricing for services is very good. We reduced our hosting fees by more than 50% by making the change.
