IOKA JewelryReviews of iokajewelry.com

Left message called back within the hour. Understood that I wanted the same item with different length chain. Sent me email with easy instructions to complete my order which arrived quickly.

Ordered a gift for my daughter she loved it. The necklace came in well packaged and quick delivery. I will definitely order again.

Customer service was great, I returned 2 identical rings 1 I purchased from them the other from a different company. I took several months because of the holidays but they fixed both rings and all I had to pay for was the safe shipping. Both rings are beautiful. Thank you

Love the Star Tri color 14K necklace. Great pricing too.

Great product and great service. Had a minor issue with my order but Shiro at Ioka fixed it right away. Can’t wait for my daughter to open her Christmas gift. She’s going to love it!
