Shiro is a superstar!
There was an issue with the item I ordered being shipped out of state by a FedEx mishandling (not IOKA's fault at all). Shiro was a superstar and helped to get the item to its correct destination. Thank you so much!

The Customer representative I dealt…
The Customer representative I dealt with (Kenzo) was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my purchase. Also, the prices and quality of merchandise are great! They earned my business both now and in the future. SC Ft. Pierce, FL

Great Products and Customer Service
Quick shipping and awesome customer service! I took a chance ordering through their site instead of Amazon.com and it was a great experience. Better prices on their site and they will help you find what you need. I asked for pictures of the items and got a response immediately. Their pendants and chains are great! Highly recommend! Ask for Shiro!
