Ordered an item that apparently got shipped and delivered to my home but I never received it. I have a ring door bell camera and I verified on that that I never got the package either. If I were to guess, it got delivered to the wrong house and never brought to me. I submitted a claim with USPS, (which we all know how that goes) and also reached out to see what the inya would be willing to do. I asked about them sending another one, or refunding me and never heard back. My first and last time ordering.

Can a person give no stars? Guess that's what happens when are ordered and never show up. May have been 30% off, but if you don't get the items, whats the point?

If you leave a 1star review they try to get you to remove it. Their feedback said I listed personally identifiable information but it literally only said that the item was not worth the price. If you have to try to remove (if reviewer doesn’t protest within 3 days the review is removed) reviews that are negative, then you’re not a good trustworthy or reliable company obviously.

I had high hopes but I was totally disappointed 😔 don’t waste your money

shipping is terrible. it’s been almost three weeks and my order hasn’t even left the country of origin. Tracking is next to impossible and they’ve sent me multiple emails asking about my order and asking to review it. i haven’t even gotten it yet. i should have just went to another website and ordered a completely new device because i would have had it faster than this. not happy whatsoever.

My item has not arrived but the tracking website says my item has been shipped. I have also checked the cctv and there was no delivery of goods at the specified time.
