Product fabrication quality and poor customer service
Product fabrication quality and package was excellent. Monitors are low resolution. They are Ok for office work but the relatively low brightness and resolution seem poor relative to my 2024 Mac laptop screen. I would pay more for better screens. Customer service needs work. I could not get the three monitors to work correctly with my M3 Macbook. I spent a few hours along with chatgpt. It took a week for Invzi to send me a canned video that showed a simple step that they failed to include in the setup instructions. A week with no ususable monitor and a simple response. You have 14 days to return it.
