Shocking customer service experience. I rang in earlier this morning, the agent I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, had no interest in helping me and ended the phone as I was mid conversation! I’d avoid using this company in future if possible, completely unhelpful.

worse representative of all time. I just requested a little bit of cooperation since the product was gated on amazon and they behaving rudely. the emails sounded like im texting a rebellious teenager. They are so arrogant.
