Hello. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. Our packaging recommends cleaning with only isopropyl and salt. Glass cleaners contain harsh chemicals with a known affinity to anodized parts. Your products are as good as I had hoped. The reason for the low rating is that I noticed, after I made the online purchase, that my order supported Planned Parenthood. I would not have purchased your product if I had noticed prior to placing the order.
