Was sent the wrong medicine and they didn’t reimburse me nor did they offer to send the correct medicine. Customer service is a disaster.

Your system online refuses to recognize my credentials so I can't lov in . You don't ever notify a person when the B-12 is being shipped so it can set for days at the mailbox place unrefrigerated. Please , this as a flaw in your system!!! I have a voicemail number for someone in your company who will call me back, but I shouldn't have to have personal contact to figure out when is a good very expensive and highly refrigerated product is on his way. I also discuss with her regarding getting two bottles at a time, so there was some sort of provider request but it again it was not clear whether I was to respond and do a new interview because I got also got a notice that it was approved. However, it seems to not be for the two bottles at one time Your online system just doesn't work correctly.

Delays ans availability in prescription.

Delivery times for my PT141 is over 3 weeks since being charged on the 16th of August. Other than that I am happy.

I purchased 2 vials of trimix that was bad, completely useless. Cost 343.60. Asked multiple times for a refund with no reply. Finally got a reply and was told that after 72 hours that wasn't their problem. These people are dishonest and stole my money with absolutely no attempt to make it right. I was sent a fraudulent product. I ordered from Olympia pharmacy and actually received a valid product. DO NOT ORDER FROM INVIGOR . Do your homework and order from a reputable company. I recommend Olympia. Follow up. What you need to work on is your honesty. To sell a bogus product is fraud.

I received an order on Aug. 20. Part of the order was missing. I contacted them on Aug. 21 and they said it was an error on their side and they will correct it ASAP. I didn't hear anything and inquired status on Aug 30. Then on Sep1 they said they approved it. This should have already been approved when part of the medication was shipped out. Today I inquired again because there was no updates. Now they are telling me it will get to me on Sep. 22. And they said if I don't receive it by then to call them. So it takes over a month to correct a mistake on their side and they still can't say that with confidence. I asked if they can expedite it and the support rep did not want to do anything whatsoever to expedite it. This is poor customer service.

Please be aware of this company, I enrolled in the Tirzepatide program and after 2 months they call me to tell me they no longer can provide tirzepatide so they wanted to force me to switch to Semaglutide to retain me as a customer. I called them and they have no clue when they will have the prescription they are offering, this shows this is a company with no accountability and are trying to force patients to take whatever prescription they have available instead. They did not offer any refunds, please choose another company that has accountability and availability, it is unfair for the customer to enroll in a program and then they cannot provide the prescription they claimed they would offer for several months. They never warn patients that they will have shortages of the prescriptions they offer you, they never mentioned this in any of their clauses, I consider this as an unethical and unprofessional way of taking advantage of the customer who believes they are capable of supplying the prescription for which they enrolled in the first place.
