Had a question about an order and called via phone. Immediately got connected with a customer service rep, Courtney. She answered all my questions, and then made an adjustment to my order. I've had a few experiences with telemedicine that were not good, and after speaking with Courtney, I have to say Invigor Medical has made me a convert. She was very knowledgeable about the meds I had ordered and had very helpful suggestions to make better use of the medication. When I've ordered from Invigor, the consultation with the doctor was easy, and meds were delivered quickly. To speak with a real person like Courtney sets Invigor Medical above all the other tele health companies. The previous tele med company I tried, there wasn't a phone number you could call. Thank you Courtney and Invigor Medical for great customer service!
