Excellent Customer Service
Initially, I was confused and somewhat upset that my prescription delivery method had changed without my prior knowledge, but Savannah was very polite, responsive & helpful in explaining why the change, how to proceed and helping with all my concerns. I also love that they are able to text because it's very nice to have a single point of contact and not need to call or wait on hold to get assistance when you need it. Great job Savannah!
