Jessa is the shining exception to very poor customer service.
My experience with Invigor has been less than satisfactory to date, with the sole exception of Jessa, whose efforts to correct the multiple mistakes with my orders were effective, persistent and much appreciated. In future, should I continue with Invigor, I will deal exclusively with Jessa with any of my questions, requests or concerns. I'm hoping that Jessa is more representative of the overall customer service at Invigor than my 3 months experience with them suggests. Time will tell.
