Transparent Site. Caring Customer Service.
My first experience with Invigor Medical was a very pleasant one. First, I found the website extremely easy to navigate as well as informative. I like the fact that prices for treatments are listed. There are quizzes to see if treatments are right for you. I had a question after taking one regarding one of the programs. Using the chat feature, I received excellent customer service from Lorenzo who set me up with a call, at my convenience, with one of the specialists to discuss my particular concern and question. If his level of quality service and care is an indication of the specialists and doctors at Invigor Medical, I look forward to being a loyal customer!

Happy customer
Hello, I have been using Invigor Medical for over a year and their products are exactly what I need and help me a lot. My representative Maddy is the best. She is quick to assist me and makes it very easy for me to reorder medication via texts. So much easier than driving to a local Dr office and waiting in line like cattle. Maddy follows up with me each month and my prescription gets securely delivered to my house.

Your support team has hit home runs both of the last couple of days, yesterday with Lorenzo and today with Annalyn. Treat them right as good customer service people are hard to find.
