I have had a terrible experience. They sold me several products that did nothing. I did have a prescription that worked, but when it was refilled, it was a formulated in a different way at a different pharmacy. It did not work at all. I kept asking for help. Since it worked originally, I hoped they could find a way to way for me to get it again that way. They claimed there was nothing they could do. I presented proof with a solution that was stated on their website. They still would do nothing. They are all over you to buy additional products from them ( I had 4 different reps contacting me at the same time when they wanted me to buy additional products and spend money.) But they offer no solutions if there is a problem. They gave me one referral but it was with a company that cannot fill prescriptions in my state. Because of that, Invigor was the company I went to. I know now that was a mistake.

The customer service team helped only to the point of selling me the product. Once the money was collected, the service stopped. I waited for over a month for the product, left countless messages with no answers. Had to get a supervisor involved to finally get the product.

Actually zero

Never received the product. Customer service was initially extremely unhelpful and just wanted me to file a complaint with Fedex. After that they just ghosted me.

I was told I would not be charged but I was. I have been working long hours and no time to deal with this issue.I put In a order for 2 items. 1 item was delivered and I was told the 2nd item could not be mailed to California. So I had to change to a different item that I really didn't want. They said I would not be charged for this because it was same price as the item they could not send to California. I was then informed that if I see a pending charge to not be alarmed because it would not be charge. But it was charged. This is the main reason I canceled the monthly subscription I had originally was getting.

Sent the wrong product and the wrong quantity.

Never received shipmen although UPS say they dropped it off in front of my garage. 10/30. The front of my garage is a public walkway anyone could have tsken it. There is gated area next to the garage that would have much more secure. This is where packages are usually left. After calling iInvigorvsupport staff several times the situation remains unresolved

I have never received my package first of all. Secondly, when I purchased it said nothing about not delivering to Louisiana. The consultants said they would have to change me to another prescription which would be a daily injection.
