was promised a 10% discount and got charged the full price. I called and was told they'd make it up next time. However nothing was put in my account to tell them to do it when I reorder. I'm supposed to let them know at time of order

Everything seems fine. I just thought it was weird that the person I spoke with on the phone said that the medicine couldn’t be delivered until I spoke with the doctor and to make sure to answer the phone when I was called. The doctor never called and the item was shipped.

We apologize for the confusion. A provider reviewed your Medical Health Form and found no contraindications for the requested service. You should've received a message from the provider that your service request had been approved. We can do a better job with providing accurate information. The performance of the meds is great. However the websites need work. Yes that right websites. Apparently you can log into your account but that site won't let you shop. To do that you go to another site which asks you to log into but I'm told you caint actually log into that site. What?!

Hello Liam, We do apologize for what seemed like a delay in processing. It looks like your order was received on a Friday afternoon and we needed you to complete some forms before the practitioner was able to approve the service. Sometimes their can be delays, but we were able to get the medication delivered within our promised timeline of one to two weeks since it was delivered on the following Friday @ 11:06 AM PST. Thank you for your feedback, we do hope you will consider us when ready for your next refill as it should be a quicker turnaround time with the paperwork being completed this time.
