I am giving invigor a 4 star review only because I have not placed an order with them yet. However, the online chat where I could ask questions should get a five star review. Jessa was great she answered the questions I asked without hesitation and I didn’t have to wait for her to reply back. That tells me she is knowledgeable. Usually if you have to wait it’s because they are either helping multiple people or they have to get answers from other people. I felt Jessa knew her job and was very helpful. The Treatment Specialist people she was trying to transfer me to did not answer so therefore I did not place an order today. When I hear back from them and get an answer to a medical question I will most likely place an order at which time I may change my review. Again Jessa on the online chat was great. Hope everyone that had questions gets her.

I'm pretty happy with the services provided by Invigor Medical. My one complaint is that they don't provide the dosage amounts in the on-line portal. To get that info I had to contact them and request the info, which was provided. I appreciate Jessa's help in this regard.
