Excellence!!!!
Every time I have to have an interaction with any company, I hold my breath. Not with Invigor. I had to change my subscription today and true to form, Courtney was all over it. Got it done for me immediately even with a special request. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some of the other Telemed companies but their customer service is so worth it! Thank you again Courtney!

Before I placed my order I had a…
Before I placed my order I had a question and called the customer service line and spoke to a live person which was nice. I do not recall his name however he was kind and helpful. I placed my order and had another question. This time I used the chat feature on the website which was easy to use and I got a quick response from Jane who was very kind and helpful and was able to get me the information I needed. I will re-review once I receive the medication and update with time frames from order to consultation and meds received. So far I am happy with the customer service.
