I have often interacted with Camille using the Invigor Chat function. She has always been very knowledgeable and most helpful. She makes a special effort to follow-up with other Invigor team members on questions that I may have regarding the proper use of medications.

Awesome communication
Spoke with representative about ‘status’ display issues on my account. My status had moved from ‘Consultation’ to ‘ Prescription’ after I was approved for program, however later when I accessed my account again, the status reverted back to ‘Consultation’. The representative couldn’t determine why but confirmed with Pharmacy, my prescription is there. She’s writing up a ticket for IT to check into this glitch. I’ve nothing but great things to say about the chat agents… the 2 I’ve had were both awesome!! Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all my questions and handled my concerns.
