It is upon the discretion of the doctor to approve a prescription based on the information provided on the medical health form (MHF). Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our patients. If there is some additional information you felt wasn't considered that was not on your intake form, then please reach out to our treatment specialist so it can be reflected on your MHF. Hello Shalynn, We apologize for your experience. We know how important it is to get medication when it is expected, and how disappointing it can be when it doesn't arrive as expected. We have recently started prescribing the medication you requested, and since it is a new process, mistakes can happen. In this instance, that is what happened. It does look as though your medication will be shipped shortly if it hasn't already been shipped from the pharmacy. Hello Brian, It looks like their was a delay in your order being processed in a timely manner. We apologize for your experience. It seems we needed to verify some information which caused a delay and then it took some time for one of our providers to approve you for the medication. Some things are beyond our control, and it was requested with the pharmacy to ship out the missing item for overnighted delivery, but we see they did not ship it out as we had requested.
