The new website is very user unfriendly and does not make you feel engaged in your process. My order has been sitting in limbo I think for over a week now and no one responds to my inquiries! Trying to figure out what is going on since you took the money out of my account the first day!

It looks like your order is being fulfilled at the pharmacy, and the medication should arrive within the timeframe we tell our patients of up to two weeks from the date you are billed. We received your order request on January 15, 2023 and you were billed on January 18, 2023. It has only been one week since your order was processed. We apologize for your experience, and understand how important it is for you to get your medication within your own timeframe, however we are experiencing longer than expected processing times with our pharmacy. We do ask that our patients allow up to one to two weeks to receive their medications, which is listed on the website and the email that is sent out with the order confirmation. Our system shows that your tracking information is available and the package will be arriving soon, so long as there are no delays caused by weather for the shipping company. I've been a customer for 6 months now. The products are great and the customer service SUCKS! I had asked for a substitute in needle size for my injection of COQ10. I found out that they can't or aren't willing to make a change. I have been in the healthcare industry for nearly 40 years and can't believe their level of disorganization. How can a medical facility not have a range of needles? Now I have to buy needles that I've already paid for from invigormedical.com. Invigor needs a complete overhaul, including their website, which is difficult and disorganized.

Hello Blaise, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your feelings on the service in which you are enrolled. We apologize you feel like the customer service wasn't adequate. Our services are prepackaged. They are priced to provide the consultation, and then the prescriptions are preset to include the supplies as specified by the medical providers writing the prescription, which is fulfilled by the specific pharmacy assigned. Since we are a clinic and not the provider, nor the pharmacy filling the prescription, we are unable to make adjustments to a prescription once it is generated and sent to the pharmacy as was explained to you. We can understand your frustration in thinking that the customer service isn't helpful, however they are ready to assist with questions or concerns as best they may be able to do so. Unfortunately, the customer service is not able to make adjustments to supplies being sent with the prescription as the service is sold as a package.
