Invigor Medical made the process of acquiring Tri-mix in a very timely manner providing over the top customer service and made you feel extremely comfortable. I can't say enough about Dionne who answered my questions and when I had my next question ready to ask she addressed it as though she read my mind. I found the pills we are all familiar with not reliable at least for myself and lets face it you want your vehicle to be reliable and get you where you need to go and when you want to be sexy its nice to have the confidence you are going to enjoy a great sexual experience with your partner and not be fearful the raft isn't going to inflate. Lets be honest making love, sexual experience, you name it should be enjoyable....I mean if it wasn't pleasurable who would do it. There is some work involved. Lastly the needle doesn't hurt. Just follow the directions and you'll be AMAZED.

Invigor provides great products and even better customer service. Invigor should really be proud to say Dione is one of their Reps. Dione has helped me on several occasions and she never fails. Dione listens carefully and responds to the customer needs. Dione is one of the reasons I've placed several orders with Invigor.

I guess I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. They respond immediately to texts and pick up when called. Maybe their email response time isn’t fantastic but most medical offices have the same problem. Call them! Great products and great medical providers.

"TriMix Review" Was referred to them by a friend. On April 29, 2020 I filled out online questionaire. Then I received a phone call 20 minutes later from medical receptionist to briefly go over questionaire answers and Q & A about the Tri Mix product at the end of the call the medical receptionist told me that the physician would call me within 24 hours and let me know whether I was medically approved for the prescription. In about 45 minutes the Dr. called we went over my med. History etc and she further explained the product and usage and accompanying reversal product. She approved me for the prescription. I told her as it was Thursday and I was going away for the weekend that I didn't want order filled/sent till Monday she said that wouldn't be a problem. Tuesday May 5th my order was delivered. Wednesday May 6th used the product and was hard as when I was a teen, and had an awesome session with a play pal who was very impressed! Top Notch Service, and quality product. Thanks Invigor

I did a search for Tri-mix because oral medication was not working as it should. I found Olympia Pharmacy first and looked over their site. I then came to Invigor Medical and found that Olympia was the compounding pharmacy that they use. Both in USA. I didnt want to have any companies outside USA. I called Invigor and spoke to Elisha and she was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions before I became a customer. She took the time needed so I felt comfortable because this was the first time for me using Telemedicine. Since it was early in morning for them she let me know the cut off times and all the needed things. Most important to me was that she let me know that I would not be charged until after I spoke to the practitioner and was approved. I filled out the account info and filled out the medical info needed so I could try to make cutoff time for the day. Elisha from Invigor called me promptly, and went over all my forms for accuracy. She also let me know again if I was not approved I would not be charged. I was thankful for the reassurance. Since I was able to get forms in quickly I was able to talk to the practitioner the same day, about 45 min after speaking to Elisha. Elisha also let me know the possible delays that may occur with the quarantine and shipping time. Kristine the practitioner called me to go over the medical. I asked her a bunch of questions and concerns about use and safety of the product. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease explaining everything. She was able to approve me for the Tri-mix and sent the script to the pharmacy. So with the shipping delays the expatiation was 2-3 days or so because of UPS time frame. They said the normal way was overnight. I was pleasantly surprised when at about 10:15am UPS was there. This was super fast. I called them and thanked them so much for the fast service. I then followed the instructions and did my first test and everything was as expected. I messaged them back through the patient portal and was answered promptly. I also received the email conformation. I then spoke to Elisha again and told her how happy I was with everything. I also was able to confirm some of my final questions with Kristine through her as well. All in all I was super happy with the experience, the process, the Trick-mix product, and the customer service from Invigor..
