Going Above and Beyond for Great Service
My order through Groupon was lost, and I was frustrated. Luckily, I reached Karri late on a Friday afternoon. She turned bad experience into a great one. She went above and beyond to find my lost Groupon code, attach it to my record, and personally ensured that my order went through. I’m a happy customer now!
