I needed help trying to update my phone number and then log into my account. I contacted online support and was promptly replied to by Enzo. Enzo was amazing as customer support. Went above and beyond to help me out very quickly. And was so nice in the process. Enzo is a very nice person and I if I need future assistance hopefully I will get Enzo again.

The customer service given to me by Enzo was amazing. I had some issues with an order. He was able to resolve everything in a precise, professional manner. He kept me informed every step along the way and followed up with each and every question I had. All I can say is if you have any kind of issue, ASK FOR ENZO!

I don’t like how many bots I had to go through before reaching an agent .. however the agent was very helpful and quick in getting my account back to where it should be and resolved all my issues Thank you ENZO
