As a first time buyer they would not allow me to order two "vials" so as to achieve a cost savings. I had to wait until I used the medication before I could obtain more. BUT, I was promised that I was to receive a "coupon" to allow a later order at a cost equal to the savings if I could have obtained with the 2 vail order initially. No go. No such offer now exists. Bait and switch promises.

So far the experience is been just terrible. I suggest people stir away from this company. i already have a prescription from my GP - I contacted them and suggested they will review the RX. Finally after 3 days (and me contacting them) they charged me for the prescription 5 days ago but just now "jessa" from the chat tells me 7-15 before it is shipped. " You should receive it on or before June 1st.' But why the Patient's portal shows no prescription? Actually no doctors' note. Nothing .. When I sent the screenshot to Jessa she replied that the website has issues, but my prescription was ordered..... I stated that I want to cancel it but per policy I cannot cancel once it is ordered.. But no consultation completed orally or written... - this Dr. Courtney Patterson-Manfredi prescribes something without even sending a message to her patients?

I’ve never written a negative review before but I feel it’s important for other potential customers to know about my experience. I will start by saying that the customer service representative I’ve been dealing with has been excellent. When I say excellent I mean over the top…immediately responsive, thoughtful and literally doing everything in their power to help me, but the problem is beyond their control. Today is day 21 since I initially placed my order and I have still not received the medication that I was promised would arrive in 5-7 days or sooner. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. My card has already been charged and still no word from the cooperating pharmacy. I’ve reached out to the Invigor rep, who as I mentioned, is doing everything possible to help, but nothing has changed. It seems that the pharmacy is even giving her inaccurate information and excuses, and I feel badly that I need to keep hounding someone who is working so hard to please a customer. Waiting 3 weeks for medication is beyond ridiculous and I still have no idea when or if it’s ever going to arrive. I think this company needs to take a serious look at the effectiveness of their cooperating pharmacy. If not, future customers should be forewarned that this very frustrating experience is a possibility for them too. Before ending I would like to once again reiterate that the customer service representative is wonderful, but the pharmacy is terrible.

Don’t trust these people they will steal your money! It took my 6 days to get my medical info in front of a provider who didn’t even read it and prescribed the wrong strength of medication. After many calls it seemed I finally got that fixed. Then was supposed to receive and was reassured several times when I called that I’d have medication in a week. Almost two weeks later and still getting the run-around from them! Asked for a refund, they said they’d send me a check. It’s been a week and nothing! This company is a scam and they don’t care about people!

I have had a terrible experience from the very beginning. I have been routed to several different doctors/practitioners. On my dashboard these "people" have different names however the same photo is used for each one. All of my inquiries to the practitioners have gone unanswered. The service says it is included with a consultation and that consultation has never occurred for me even though I have requested and inquired about this. I have made several calls to customer service and all they can tell me is that they can't give me specifics about my order ( even though it has long been paid for) due to not having transparency into my account. I have asked for an escalation or to have someone call me with no follow through. I placed an order weeks ago - on April 27th, paid, completed a medical intake and I still have no shipping information or indication of when/if I am going to receive my order. This is a company that deals with healthcare and it screams of many RED FLAGS and is seems like a scam. There is no reason for b-12 to take this long to be delivered....I have taken this for years and it takes days to be ordered and arrive. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I did the process with the provider and they told me that the pharmacy was running about 6 days behind for orders. I waited the 6 days and then contacted invigor to inquire about the possible ship date for my semaglutide. It took more than 3 weeks to get my semaglutide. I asked for a refund and was refused (not even a partial refund was offered). I went through another company and got my injection within 4 days. 3 weeks is way too long of a turn around (and did not include the waiting period to get approved).
