I am new to the service and have not yet had a medical consultation or received the product as I just signed up yesterday. There was some confusion about when the consultation and billing was to occur. I chatted with Ariana, who took the time to consult with her manager And resolve my issue promptly and efficiently excellent customer service, and I have high hopes for this to continue in the future

Karri went above and beyond with the customer service. I was on with her for over 30 minutes resolving a few issues and she never lost patience or acted irritated. I love when people seem to enjoy their job and make my experience better. It’s what makes me want to keep coming back . It does help that the product is so good as well. But bad customer service is something that could send me away really quick. So thank you Karri and Invigor for making the process effortless and pleasant

I was having issues using the password reset link and took advantage of the chat function on the website for assistance. Aliyah was wonderful! She was super polite and friendly and was able to help me in a matter of minutes. She was such a pleasant change of pace from the last person I messaged with using Invigor's chat function. When I messaged with Veronica on March 21st, I found her to be rude and unhelpful. Great hire in Aliyah!!!!
