During the book-a-call session, the entire conversation was focused on aggressive hard selling, with endless discounts thrown in just to pressure me into joining the community. When I asked for time to evaluate and make an informed decision, I was repeatedly pressured over email. And the moment I clearly stated that I was no longer interested for now, the representative completely lost interest—proving that this was never about genuine learning, but purely about making a sale. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope the company reassesses its approach to potential customers. I’ve chosen another mentorship and their customer service and mentorship are amazingly sincere. The coach even meet your 1-1.

Henry has very good marketing and he emails his list incessantly. it made me feel pressured to take action quickly. I then set up a call with his team and bought his course but it was not worth it. It was poorly structured and didn't teach me anything that's not already available for free. I actually LOST money. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I had to submit a chargeback to my credit card company to recover the money.

Learning how to make income with Options Trading is difficult. I recommend you sign up with Henry's Discord. Besides having Henry as a coach, he has three other coaches on staff all of whom are knowledgeable in this business. And you can ask them all questions, and they also show their trades on the discord. This serves as a framework for you how to structure your own trades and take on risk suited to your level. I have been making substantial income even during the great recession of 2022, and all of this is through knowledge I gained from the discord. There are many services out there that provide something similar to this, and I have compared their costs. The price I paid for Henry's is worth it. Update : the discord has gone downhill. Trades are hit or miss, mentorship is weak. I have to rate this lower to be honest and transparent.

Be careful. There are many ways to earn money from the markets, and there are many ways to lose money. Do not give money without a credit card. Asking for refunds isn't always a certain thing. I dislike that. The irksome thing about many new websites, including Invest with Henry, is the pre-qualification interview that everyone goes through. There you are asked a series of question to see if you are a good fit for the company or not. It can last 30 minutes to an hour. Then if they deem you a good fit, you can proceed forward. But always ask if they honor refunds. Some say they do, but if you haven't gotten a refund in 30 days or so, then it doesn't live up to customer service. Unfortunately, nobody will know until, that happens. It seems I asked for a refund, and now they have to determine if the problem was with me or the service they provided. If it was with the service they provided, they are happy to follow through with the refund. If it was because I didn't like what I saw and tried to back out then they will, unfortunately, deny a refund. It is a serious step to take to deal with people who have a different view of customer service. Beware. I also think it is a generational thing. They do onboarding now. If you keep up with social media, you are probably well and good. But if not, you may find yourself at a loss, going through a third-party to access Invest With Henry. I think technology is leaving some people behind.
