After one month of opening an account on their app, Voyager suddenly wanted me to scan in my U.S. Drivers Licence before I could get into my account . In spite of trying to scan it multiple times over a span of almost 3 months, it will not scan. I have emailed them multiple times. They have the nerve to tell me not to keep sending multiple support requests. Keep telling me they are working on it. My money is trapped there and crypto has gone down significantly. This is robbery!! There is no phone number to call for assistance, how convenient for them.

Now I will start by saying when I started I was new to crypto. But after months of research on various companies I got a lot better at my trades. I had the same amount on the same coin for weeks in coinbase and voyager. Coinbase I was up 134.00 and for some reason voyager was down 1.08 same crypto same purchase same time. This app I believe is set up to bait and switch you through the app itself. I believe it's a set up ponzi scheme and please don't get duked out of 2500.00 like I did. I had to experiment to prove it but I am 100 percent sure no one has ever profited off of crypto in this app. Horrible horrible and whoever is the CEO should drink a scotch with Satan. Which they probably ly do every night. DONT GET SCAMMED. COINBASE NOT VOYAGER

Customer service is nonexistent. There is no number to call just an email option. They haven’t responded to my email for over 2 weeks. I can’t send my crypto out of voyager and they won’t respond to my emails. I won’t deposit another penny into voyager.

Transferred crypto but never received the deposit. Provided tx hash and opened over 15 tickets. No response.

Voyager can go @screw$ themselves. Lied about MAVS100 promo. They responded to my enquiry after six weeks, closed the ticket, then failed to follow through. SCAM!!!!! As soon as I am able to transfer out of Voyager, my money is going elsewhere.
