DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! They are a scam. I haven't had access to my money for almost two weeks. Support requests remain unanswered. Their investor relations phone number is an automated message that just repeats. If anyone out there still has access to their money, you should get it the ***k away from these people immediately. As for me, I'm getting a lawyer.

Deposits are quick but withdrawals take forever and it takes them days to respond to emails.

It’s been over a month of waiting for a reply from support. I purchased some crypto, my order filled, but never reflected my purchase. Just money gone. I’ve even DM the CEO on Twitter. He is a fraud, acts like he does customer tickets in an interview but told me he doesn’t have that access and he would have my account reconciled over the next few days. But 2 weeks from that convo, still nothing. This has been an absolute nightmare. They was able to literally steal from me and then not reply to a service ticket for support.

Voyager is a thief. They robbed me of 800 dollars and refuse to give it back. Even when I screenshot the transactions and showed them the math. 2 responses in a month. Its disrespectful and heartbreaking to lose money because someone doesn't care.

Buy prices aren’t accurate. They charge significantly higher than the actual price and the prices listed than numerous other exchanges at the exact same moments. They also don’t properly place limit orders. I’ve had countless times where i sets limit order & the prices sat under that price for over an hour & the order never filled. To me this feels pointless bc not only do limit orders not fill, but if you’re making market orders they will fill for significantly higher than the price listed.

They allowed me and others I know personally, to purchase DogeCoin and Dot. But they will not allow us to withdraw them in any form. When I emailed them to ask why I cant transfer my 10,000+ DogeCoin and only 4 Dot to my personal external wallet, they replied saying that they were not eligible for withdrawal and should be in the future, but making them eligible for withdrawal is not a "priority". They never gave any such disclaimer before processing the purchase. In summary, they took my money to buy THEM Dogecoin and Dot. And they are not allowing me to take possession of my purchase. I am sending a complaint to the SEC and wherever else possible.

Screw this app 100%. If people are paying attention this company is absolutely ripping you off on fill prices and won’t let you set realistic buy limit orders due to “them being too far from the current price” this means each transaction you’re losing anywhere from 5-13%, I did the math. I’ve also emailed this company three times over a 2 week span and received ZERO responses. If you’re a beginner and don’t care about among money this is the platform for you. If you actually trade and pay attention to the p&l this company will bleed you dry with each transaction. There is no customer service team at all. Even the CEO STEVE has not responded to his personal email. Run from this horrible company.
