Fairly straight forward process of listing the website for sale. Good insights and stats. Took a few months and a price reduction but the site sold without my paying any commission whatsoever. I DID reach out (I have the emails) for guidance or a to-do list of actions after accepting an offer, but the unhelpful reply was to pay for the premium service. That said, with co-operation from the buyer, I managed the entire process by myself (with zero prior experience), from escrow to migration of website, domain and all associated social media accounts to Wordpress plugins. All in all, a smooth and successful transaction.

Our DIY option is specifically intended for experienced buyers and sellers who are comfortable managing transactions independently; we note in several places on the platform that it’s not the recommended path for first-timers.
