I received an inverter with a bent cover
I received an inverter with a cover that was bent on three sides. There was NO visible damage to the box or even the manufacturers box on the inside. Inverter Supply refuses to refund or replace the unit before UPS reviews the damage claim. Furthermore, they indicate that my refund is conditioned on the carrier paying. This inverter ways about 67 pounds and it's cover cannot carry that weight. The box had no indication of "this side up" and either the unit was damaged before it was shipped or was placed on it's side in transit and damaged. Either way, it's not my fault but they are attempting to place the financial responsibility on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

David, I took a deeper look into your order and confirmed that the package arrived damaged. I completely understand your frustration, especially when you were expecting to receive the product in good condition and are now having to wait for a resolution. A damage claim has already been submitted, and we are currently awaiting a response. We do have procedures in place that we are required to follow when a shipment arrives damaged. This allows us to properly document the damage, determine where it occurred, and work with the appropriate parties to resolve the issue. I am also reaching out to the manufacturer. I understand that you would prefer to have a replacement sent immediately. While I cannot bypass the damage-claim process, I am checking with the manufacturer to see whether there is anything we can do to expedite the situation and get another unit sent to you as quickly as possible. Please know that we are not trying to make this process difficult. We simply need to follow the proper procedures while also doing everything we reasonably can to minimize the inconvenience to you. I will continue following up on this and will update you as soon as I have additional information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
