I purchased a Telnyx account (3–6 months old) from INVCC for $249. Despite making full payment, the account was never delivered. I reached out to their support multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when it comes to paid services. Not only was the product not delivered, but the complete silence from their support team shows a serious lack of accountability. I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this platform. Based on my experience, it feels like a scam — money taken, product undelivered, and zero communication. Until they resolve this issue, I cannot recommend INVCC to anyone.
