My item came broken
I ordered a slot machine as a gift and my item came broken. The handle on the side isn't turning. Really disappointed!!

First thing was when I opened the box and unwrapped the game. The plastic screen was not installed so I had to do that. Than in a couple of hours the sticker which you see came off. Too cheep to paint the pictures on they used decals with bad glue. This game was very over priced and not worth the money. I would not recommend this product.

Defective & too heavy to return
The massage machine I have purchased will not do the upper back at all. You have to pay to return it. There are so many light weight materials today, yet this thing is so heavy that I wondered if they used material so heavy to prevent returns. It will only fit in a very large chair and is quite large, heavy and bulky. I hate this thing.

This is obviously a FAKE review. It is apparent someone and or some company is intentionally attempting to discredit our company’s reputation by fabricating such a ridiculous review. We had Trustpilot trace this pretend review and it is all the same alias as, Emma Webster, Anna Wilson, Raymond Adams. If you have reached the wrong company by mistake, you really should figure out who you purchased the product from and contact them at once.

Did not work correctly out of the box
Just received. Almost nothing in the way of instructions so assume once the game unit is plugged in it should work properly. Unit booted up, but could not select game or play a game. The lack of literature is a joke. I would think you would get at least some troubleshooting tips or FAQs, but no. (and nothing on their website either) Have contacted the mfg by voicemail, you have to look on the web site to even find a number, and via email from their web site. Will see how quickly company responds. If I am contacted promptly and can get the game unit working, I will update my review and the one star rating.

We DO NOT have any customers with your name, and we certainly DO NOT sell the product you are describing, in a “BOX?” Our products are TOO LARGE to simply pull out of a box you idiot. They come in giant CRATES, on heavy wood pallets, or they are unpacked and delivered inside by a white-glove service for the customer to see and inspect before accepting delivery. Additionally, anyone can view our website and find many pages displaying phone numbers, text numbers, live chat, and support e-mail. Once again, this has been written by the same fraudster as the other fake reviews. Furthermore, wo ever this is, you ARE NOT A VERY GOOD FRAUDSTER! Before you write any more fake reviews take to some FRAUDSTER lessons.

Didn’t last a week.
This arcade did not last 6 days. I’m super disappointed. I order this for my nine year old son for Christmas this arcade is no longer working after not even a week of usage.

Doesn’t work!
Very disappointed in product,I give no stars if possible. Suppose to be 156 games, I have ONE,and no game list included,it won’t show other 155 games,it same Street Fighter game over and over. The volume doesn’t work ,have to use TV remote,and quality of the only game is so bad it looks distorted. I definitely returning this product.
