Dear Jacint, Given your opening sentence, we feel that it's only appropriate to point this out to you... When you state that your old review was removed, you are actually admitting that you violated TrustPilot polices with something that you wrote. Our company has the right to flag a review that is suspicious or inappropriate, but we have zero authority to actually remove it. Only TrustPilot has that authority, and they will only remove a review after thoroughly investigating and concluding that the review is in violation. As for trades that we "never close"...it seems that you have chosen to view our trading strategies through the most cynical lens possible. In reality, when we keep a trade open, it is simply because we still believe that we can eventually make a profit...and that does often end up being the case. We don’t know which review that was, but just be sure that your reviews are always genuine impressions regarding a specific genuine experience. However, you should be aware that a large percentage of the "1 star ratings" are actually just repeat postings from a tiny handful of disgruntled people. You don't need to take our word for this. If you check for yourself, you will see that the same few names come up again and again and again. You will also see that some of the posts with different names are actually filled with the same repeated comments and catchphrases. Dear WC, Thank you for your suggestion. Honestly, it is a pretty good one. We do frequently get messages from satisfied customers, and some of them do go a step further by posting on TrustPilot or another platform. However…as you probably know, people are more likely to post reviews when they have something negative to say. That’s just human nature. Fortunately, it’s only a small handful of people who are dissatisfied. We do indeed have thousands of members, and yet it is clear that the one star reviews are all coming from just a few. You can see this for yourself. If you look closely at those reviews, you will see the exact same uncommon phrases (such as “gaslighting”) being used again and again and again. Please understand…we are not happy that those few people are dissatisfied. Ideally, we would like every single person to be thrilled with our services, but we know that this is unrealistic. In any case, if you yourself have some genuine concerns about our services or your own trading, please feel free to contact our support staff.
