Ordered an item July 4. Got a confirmation. Item never came. Early August I called and they said out and I needed to upgrade it and pay more money, I agree. Item never came. Called again they said it would be one more week. Item never came. Finally called and canceled the order, we’ll see if I ever get refunded. The worst part is there is virtually no communication from them.

AWFUL THEY MAY BE CHEAPER THEN MOST WEBSITE DUE TO THE FACT THEY NEVER REPLY EMAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT DOESN'T WORK, AND WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEONE THEY ASSURE YOU THAT THEY WILL SHIP OUT PRODUCT. 2 MONTHS AND I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG. IF YOU CAN'T GET PRODUCT TO YOUR CUSTOMER, GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK. WORST PLACE TO BUY, AND IM PROBABLY THE MOST NICEST GUT, NEVER HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE A ONLINE GOLF STORE BEFORE.

I ordered a Bushnell Phantom 2 Golf GPS on June 24, 2024 and my credit card was charged $129.95. The only response from them was the email with my original purchase. I have tried to contact them by telephone twice, contact them through chatting twice, and emailed them once. They haven't responded at all. I absolutely never post a review for any place I order from, but this is unacceptable and they must be a SCAM. If I could, I'd leave a "0" for the review. My next step is to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Purchased a V2 battery on New Year's Day 2024, no emails, unable to log into the account or reset the account password, and no one ever picked up the phone or returned phone calls or emails. This place is a fraudulent website and scam site. They do not ship out the products you order or even attempt to contact you if you have any questions. This place is a complete phishing scam site.

Ordered 2 ball retrievers and they took the money, emailed me a copy of the order and that was the end. No merchandise was sent. Tried over and over to cancel the order and called multiple times with no answer ever Don’t buy here because they don’t ship.

One only because that is the lowest as are they. Take order, take money, give Tracking number turnover three weeks later nothing ships. Oh did I mention three calls to customer service and no calls back no available agents. Don’t buy here because they don’t ship.

I placed a $500 order and cannot even get them to return a message days later. Horrible service, stay clear

Bought shoes and used PayPal to pay, the payment went to a personal account Justin McIver, PayPal unable to help get refund. No contact from seller £76 lost.
