What a terrible experience ordered golf bags in February and received 1 after 4 months, now been 7 months and no 2nd bag, you call every week and store clerk Michael feeds you some bs and he’s just about to ship it, what a terrible businessman, I’d give the 0 stars if I could

I ordered a pair of golf sandals. Got billed for them and have never received them. Have emailed them multiple times no reply. Called their phone numbers no answer but just a message saying their mailbox is full. If I could have left a (0) star review I would have. Please do not do business with this website for your own good.

I ordered a golf ball retriever from their web page and paid a premium 3-day UPS shipping. Order was placed on 7/17/25; I have called and I have emailed, I have received no response, and to date (8/6/25) I have not received my order. I have initiated a dispute through my credit card. I am very disappointed with this company.

My order was placed on 7/3/25. A surprise gift for my son. As of this date 8/7/25, I still have not received my order, even though it was charged to my account and I paid for it. I will never order from you again.

How do I get a response from you on my order made last week? I paid for express shipping in order to receive item this week and have not heard a word from you since the order confirmation the same day as the order. Have sent emails and voicemails, and the Check Order Status does not work, much less confirm my order is in process, which would be something ! You have what you need to confirm who I am and get in touch with me !

I placed an order. I didn't receive it. I called. They confirmed and said they would get it right out. They did. It wasn't the part I needed, but not their fault. I called and requested a return. They gave me return info, but I had to pay for shipping myself. I did. They received the part. I did not receive the refund. I sent a second email requesting a refund. Never received. I reported to PayPal (thankful for them) and they refunded the full price. This company is unresponsive and uncommunicative.
