The whole top came off one of the vials I bought while trying to remove the plastic cover. I contacted the company and I am still waiting for them to issue a refund. Over 3 weeks ago Nothing in spam box and all other email sent came through with no problem. You know I used Zelle, I told you 5 times already, so all you have to do is issue a refund. Just a poor attempt to look good. The amount was also for $21.21 with the refund. Anyone else that has problems with this company like I did, should file a claim with the BBB as I did. Nothing broke off. Buyers please be very cautious about using this company. There are many other, more reputable companies to buy peptides from that acknowledge their mistakes and are willing to fix them. Most of them also conduct independent third party analysis of their products and can provide documentation upon request. This is independent documentation and not what the manufacturers send them. Finally, do you really want to deal with a company that is willing to post personal information over negative feedback? Very unprofessional

Sir, you purchased 7 products which were all made of glass. One in which broke in your possession. We've attempted numerous times to give you a partial refund in which you have refused to confirm your information. We've been in business for 5 years, and have a huge customer following. Negative feedback, you're posting fake reviews.
