My experience with InterExchange was good. The communication it wasn’t very well because I had issues with my camp and I used to need support, I sent messages to people from that area but they didn’t answer me back. Every else was good in general.

I enjoyed a lot my experience, he only surprise was about the payment, in my job offer it said that the payment would be every 2 weeks, but our employer told us that InterExchange told them that payment should be at the end of the Program, that was very unexpected, but no big problem for my since our employer help us with the paperwork, and we were paid after a month and then every 2 weeks as in the job offer. But other participant of IEX had a rush because of that I felt bad for her.

I appreciated the check-ind they did throughout summer and the speed and efficiency of sending the DS2019- though they messed up my details on the delivery envelope so I got it late. I was hoping for some response from them when I updated thet my contract was cut short by a month - I received none.

Overall a good experience, everything was well laid out and explained. Regular and clearly detailed email updates on each step of the process helped to stay on top of all the work to be done and made the application process very simple.
