A Memorable Experience
I enjoyed attending camp and the way USIT helped and supported me on my trip away was fantastic. I am not sure if I would take part in a camp USA programme again now that I have experienced it once. I did think it was quite expensive by the time I calculated my total expenses after I returned home. I was also quite lost on the process surrounding the filing of my American taxes, which I didn’t receive much help for. Other than that, the experience was a memorable one at camp and I am glad I did it.

Hi, Suzanne! Thanks for sharing your feedback. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to keep our fees as low as possible and we do try to make participants aware of other costs that may arise. And while we are not licensed tax professionals, going forward we'll work on providing more guidance and support for filing. Cultural exchange
I never got to fully experience the American culture because I only left camp to buy supplies. I also didn't really get to share mine.
