Poor communication leading to the camp Presence of parents too intrusive at the hotel and the camp

Inconsistencies in added pricing within different families, inability to get questions answered before the trip, inconsistencies and changes in the schedule and expected activities during the trip. Very difficult for family members to arrange activities with the changing schedule.
