5 days of sending emails about my orders and not one response. Looks like I have over 20 orders I need to cancel now because they have zero customer service.

I sold a set of 2-Universal Car Seat Covers. She was very happy with her purchase. She returned to purchase another set. Thank you, Interest Print!

I couldn't do ONE SINGLE THING on that website. I made a design with almost NO idea of how the platform works, and I couldn't finish the product--there's no way to go from designing it to mockup. And the CHAT???? WORTHLESS!!!!! It kept saying I was being helped by Anna, and she kept sending TYPE A MESSAGE HERE. Well DUH!!!! I know how a chat works, but apparently they don't because there is NO WAY to type in the chat box. You can type away all day , stab any button, and suddenly NOTHING HAPPENS. What a dumpster fire!!! Consider me running away!

We’re very sorry for the frustrating experience you had on our website. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to spend time designing a product and then be unable to complete the process or get proper assistance through the chat system. Could you please let us know which product you were trying to design, as well as your email address? We will contact you directly by email and assist you further.

I have ordered several products from Interest Print and have been very happy. They make great gifts and I love that they have products that ship right from the US.
