IntercontinentalReviews of intercontinental.trade

Fantastic hotel well presented with overly helpful staff. Really nice stay with comfortable room and great location.

Excellent hotel with caring and efficient staff. I have stayed here 4 times for up to and over a month each time and I am returning this year for another 5 weeks. Love the hotel and its staff and its facilities. It is clean, organised, efficient and makes any stay however long or short a happily memorable one.

Intercontinental in Melbourne Australia … the Hotel is beautiful, quirky, unusual . Staff are lovely. We had Spa treatments from Pricilla and India - EXCELLENT ! 100% 5 star - Thank you x one of the best treatments I’ve ever had … treat yourself and go ! Lizi and Jenni xx

The staff are WONDERFUL. I attended a big lunch there. I also have a painful foot. Wherever I went, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful, offering an arm while I walked, finding my group of friends, making the afternoon a delight instead of exhausting. Treating your guests as honoured friends makes it a great hotel, not just any old hotel. Thank you all so much. I'm very impressed, and look forward to another event there.
