Intentional Product ManagerReviews of intentionalproductmanager.com

Thanks to Intentional Product Manager, I managed to secure a job during the toughest job market. My job search began in August 2022, and after facing rejections from multiple companies, I felt discouraged. However, in January 2023, I decided to join IJS, and it made all the difference. The program not only pinpointed the gaps in my interview preparation but also bolstered my confidence. The unique aspect of their approach is their focus on mindset transformation, going beyond mere interview practice. IJS truly played a vital role in helping me succeed in my job hunt!

Embarking on the journey from a Product Owner to a Product Manager and eventually reaching Intentional Product Manager (IPM) has been an unparalleled experience in my career. This transformative program not only hones the essential skill sets of a Product Manager but also crafts a winning mindset that propels you towards greatness. The profound wisdom I gained from this program extends far beyond professional development. It taught me to align my thought process, instilled self-belief, and ignited my determination to achieve my goals. The results have been nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional team of coaches, led Shobhit, Sam, and Alyssa, along with the invaluable guidance from interview coaches and the unwavering support of my peers, created an atmosphere of excellence that encouraged growth and fostered a sense of belonging within a tight-knit community. With newfound confidence and the power of this community backing me, success was a certainty. The journey not only exceeded my expectations but also gifted me with a network of incredible individuals who share in my triumphs and challenges, making it all the more rewarding. In conclusion, this program is a game-changer. If you're seeking a pathway to true greatness, guided by top-notch mentors and embraced by a supportive community, look no further. It's simply outstanding!

Shobhit is a great coach. Loved how he starts every session out with celebrations. He works on your confidence and mindset and it was amazing! His course and coaching is gold and helped me get a 40% raise!

I am currently in one of the Intentional Product Manager courses and with the material and personalized coaching they provide it is helping me address the things holding me back from the next level in my career. I have had 3 offers since joining the class!

The IPM team empathetically acted with a sense of urgency to get my interviewing skills sharpened and my resume ready to start applying to jobs in less than 2 weeks (i had an accelerated timeline due to immigration related deadlines) Intentional Job Search (IJS) was pivotal in helping me craft my career narrative and understand the perspective of a product leader who is looking to add a Product Manager to their team. Being able to be a part of mock interviews with product leaders is what helped me improve my interviewing skills, craft the right narrative with the appropriate level of detail. My hypothesis is that the harder you work at IJS and the resources it has to offer, the better your results will be. I was able to find a job while I was still completing my IJS training - took me 3 weeks of IJS coaching to land my first offer. I'd highly recommend this program if you act with a sense of extreme urgency in your career, are able to spend hours of effort working on improving your resume, interested in learning how to craft the best product management narrative, and are open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback you will receive from your coaches. I've found success through this program, and I hope you do too. A big thank you to the entire IJS community.

I had a great time at intentional product manager. The clear path, guidance and support I receive were immense. Apart from all, it gave me a structure to my interview preparation and during the interview shobhit and sam were helping me out. I will highly recommend IPM

Shobhit and team were great to work with. The clear path and guide to prep with honest, constructive feedback from the coaches were key for me to land my current role as an Associate Director of Product at a top fintech firm. The rigour, intentionality and thoughfulness that this program brings is key and very additive to one's own prep.

I really enjoyed my experience with Intentional Product Manager and would highly recommend to anyone who is actively looking for a job. I was moving back to the US after many years away and hadn't interviewed in a while. Shobhit and Sam have an extremely structured approach in helping applicants get ready. They have a checklist of items that you have to finish every week and this really helps keep things on track. The program helps with both the small details and the bigger challenges in preparing for an interview. The small details can sometimes make a remarkable difference and the fact that you can get feedback on everything from your online profiles to your camera settings is great. To tackle the challenging case study and interview questions that you may face, IPM has super experienced interviewers who give actionable feedback that helps you get better. The feedback is tracked methodically to ensure progress. All of these steps are really thought through and help drive meaningful results. I was able to get a dream job as VP Product at a Series B fintech and very grateful to the IPM team that they helped me get there.
