It takes a long time to get the glasses. You don’t get no update when you gonna get them and they finally came in the mail and they’re not as good as y’all say they are the glasses don’t work that good I’m gonna try a different kind.

The Email that sent to customer services regarding a problem that I had with returning an item. I’m a wheelchair user and the UPS drop off point was a little too far for. I usually go to my local Post Office to return items. The Customer Service dept replied promptly and solved the issue.

EASY TO INSTALL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM

DO NOT DEAL with this company. I bought a dashboard phone mount and I changed my mind straight away as I felt something was not right as I didn't see any extra costs, for freight etc at time of payment, so I sent them a message to cancel and they said the package has already been sent out already, BULLXXX. Firstly it was advertised at $20 (No mention of what currency) but they charged me $29.95 (I got back $9.95). In all the deduction was nearly $50USD which translates to $73 AUD. Later I found that they are on EBXXX for $20AUD and Txxxmu for about $15 AUD you should agree with me and run away quickly.

This company fails on all levels. My order spent over a week waiting to be cleared by customs in Italy. Their tracking system is sub-par. It has been over a month and still haven't received my order.
