Item Delivered
Item arrived in tact as expected. The delivery service was secure but below standard. Although I was at home, the item was just placed in the locked letter box without attempting to knock on the door.

Billing issue and delivert issue
Billing issue - was ovecharged, being investigated. Also UniUni driver did not deliver parcel to me personally but left on inside lobby floor where anyone could steal. He rang my buzzer once. I am handicaped and take time to reach buzzer. When I went to let him in he had already left parcel inside lobby floor. Tracking delivery was OK. He could have called me as he had my phone number. That is the reason I left AMAZON. Was hoping for better service elsewhere...disappointed...Joseph Menard 450-412-3178
