False advertising. Ordered the heart crystals, they are 1" not 2", and although advertised as crystal (with pictures of 50 varieties) almost half of them were duplicates of the same colours, made out of transparent coloured plastic. I might spend half what was charged on this for throw-away trinkets. A kid who is into crystals/ gemstones would notice that many of these aren't real.

My item arrived broken in half. I brought it to their attention, complete with photos, and they offered to replace the item. I had spent over $30 on this item, and when it arrived, not only was it broken, it was very cheap looking. I didn't want a replacement, and requested a refund. They offered me a $2 refund for the $30+ I paid. When I declined that, they offered $4, or I could return the broken item "but shipping would be very expensive". I declined that offer, and they replied that the highest compensation that would offer is $6. I told them to keep it. What a joke.

I ordered the coconut bricks said they were coming from Sweden never got them contacted support then they came from China when I received them a month and a half later there was only three of the 10 and the package was open. I contacted them again and they blamed Trump, I waited another month and a half for them to replace them and they said that tracking show that I received my complete order but the out of courtesy they would send me five dollars. This company is a complete and total scam. Please do not waste your money like I did read the reviews And use your own judgment. Thank you.

Ordered an item, it never arrived. They claimed it was delivered but offered an identifiable tracking number. Refused a refund. Horrible scam.

Supposedly a company based out of the UK. I ordered 2 beautiful looking Xmas ornaments in early Dec. The order is shipped from China. One month later the system shows delivered but I never received my order. I get paypal involved and a week later I still get shafted. There was some kind of internal shipping error, totally unrelated to me. They refuse to compensate me. I am in shock that I can order something, not receive it and still lose my money!!!

If it was possible to give ZERO stars for this scam of a company, I would. I ordered a mug that was supposed to look like a drum with the metal hardware and all, which is what it looked like in the pictures, and it came with an image screen printed onto it that I could have gotten at the local mall! I have reached out several times to ask for a refund and they keep offering me lowball refund amounts.... $3, $6, and the mug itself was $26 including shipping!! I even pointed out to them that their website states that they will refund a purchase if it's requested within 30 days of order (which it was) and if the item was still in original packaging (which it was), and they still won't budge. I also pointed out that their website claims the mug is stainless steel which it is NOT, it's ceramic... and still they are saying no. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone and if it is possible to report them somehow to the BBB, I am going to do that.

I would give a negative review if possible. Cheap junk with photoshopped pictures.

Purchased item believing it was from America, after nearly 1 month it arrived having been all over the world it transpires that it actually came from China!!! The quality was awful, not as advertised at all just a printed mug not one with the metal hardware as advertised in the pictures. It was also expensive for what it was. Took it up with Paypal in the first instance when it hadn’t arrived and have continued to try and sort since having received it however Paypal appear to be in support of this scam seller and endorsing their items by saying it looks the same as their images?????? I have also tried to contact the seller on more than one occasion but to no avail. Currently still on going with Paypal and have now supplied details from Malware site which states quite clearly it’s a scam site. Hopefully PayPal will do the right thing? UPDATE: Paypal have washed their hands of it and basically are in support of the scammers!!!!
