I earned two certifications during Covid Pandemic from Intellectual Point coursework. I have discovered Intellectual Point is falsely marketing itself to be an agency to provide life-long learners in obtaining variety of tech certifications and IP offers trainings that are not relevantly present day but from 2021 and soliciting that it is the present day strategies. Actually, it is years old presentations. In addition, IP does not actively offer civilians lifelong career services. It is misrepresenting its services for business.

Overall they have great educational resources, knowledgeable instructor but beyond that there is zero support/service. I recently went through the VET TEC program with them. Neeta the COO is extremely greedy person, acts immature - tough questions - she just ignores the email. As part of the VET TEC program, they were suppose build resume, which did based on previous resume that was written for completely different industry. When I asked for revision - she simply refused and then stop responding to my emails. I so emailed their President Prem - he simply copy pasted what Neeta had sent me. Yes, they built resume offered zero (0) revisions for the resume. Plus sent the resume on the email address that was just created to access the class.
