First, we want to clarify that our team has responded to your emails in a very timely manner regarding your refund request and subsequent requests for a QuantAI free trial. Here are the facts: Your first inquiry to us was at 2025-10-21 01:59, and we immediately responded at 2025-10-21 03:12, in 73 minutes. Despite our repeated explanations of our policies and the facts, you have persisted in following up multiple times to demand a one-month free trial of the QuantAI service. As a policy, we don't offer QuantAI any free trial to any user as the strategy's portfolio positions are highly confidential and can only be accessed by our paid subscribers. When your unreasonable request was not met, you posted your negative review with no basis and factual support. To reiterate the key points of our previous communications and relevant details: 1. Regarding Your Refund Request After thorough verification via the Google payment system, we confirmed two critical facts: Your account had already utilized the 7-day free trial on October 9th. Per our service policy, multiple free trials are not allowed for the same account. To ensure fairness, each user has one time trial opportunity to prevent users from freeloading. Your recent payment was processed directly through Google Pay and completed with your explicit confirmation. Since this situation is not caused by technical issues or errors of our product, and in strict accordance with our service policy and Google Pay transaction rules, we are unable to process the refund for this case. 2. Regarding Your QuantAI Free Trial Request We noted your interest in this product feature, and to accommodate your interest, we proposed a discounted solution to offer your 20% discount. However, you rejected this proposal and made an excessive demand for one-month free trial of QuantAI. It is important to emphasize that QuantAI is a core feature of our product, with years of substantial R&D investment, sophisticated algorithm models, and real-time market data support. Due to the strategy's portfolio nature, its not suitable to offer any free trial. Just like no hedge fund will ever open their books to public for free. The idea of a Messaging Center is excellent, and we will convey this suggestion to our product manager to evaluate when it would be the right time to add this feature to the product. Categorizing stocks by sector and performance is achievable, and we appreciate this suggestion as well. Regarding the day trade ticker, are you referring to the "daily stock picker"? Please note that the stocks in this strategy are selected by our AI algorithm at 8 AM EST each morning, so unfortunately the picks will not be available the night before.
