IHPI has completely elevated the way I practice as a health coach. My experience with the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute has truly been one of the most valuable educational experiences I’ve ever had. I completed both Level 1 and Level 2, and from the very beginning, I was incredibly impressed by the depth of the education, the ease of navigating the learning platform, and how thoughtfully the entire program was structured. There is a tremendous amount of information covered, yet it is presented in a way that is clear, organized, and easy to follow. One of the things that really sets IHPI apart for me is that Dr. Stephen Cabral personally teaches the courses himself. You are learning directly from him and his years of education, clinical experience, research, and the protocols and foundational principles he has developed and used throughout his career. Rather than having different practitioners teaching different portions of the curriculum, there is a consistency and depth that comes from learning directly from Dr. Cabral throughout the program. His approach to teaching functional lab testing was especially valuable to me. Functional labs could easily feel complicated or overwhelming, but he breaks them down in such a clear and understandable way. You learn how to understand the labs, what you are looking for, how the results fit into the bigger picture, and then you are given specific protocols and practical tools to apply what you’ve learned. He also walks you through numerous case studies, which helped bring everything together and showed how the information can be applied in real-world situations. What could have felt overwhelming instead felt incredibly supportive and thorough. I never felt like I was simply being handed information and expected to figure out how to use it on my own. The education builds upon itself in a way that helped me understand not only *what* to do, but also the reasoning and foundational principles behind it. After graduating, I genuinely felt prepared and confident enough to step into the health coaching field and begin building my own business. That, to me, speaks volumes about the quality of the education. I didn’t finish the program wondering, “Now what?” I finished feeling like I had a strong foundation, practical tools, and a clear understanding of how to begin supporting others. Another thing I deeply appreciate about IHPI is that the support doesn’t end when the course ends. Once you graduate, you are still part of the community.
